This isn’t a rush job. It’s a focused one. I take one sprint client at a time, which means your project gets my full attention from day one to launch day.
The sprint works because the structure is tight. You arrive content-ready, all your copy, images, and branding prepared in advance. I take everything and bring it to life. No lengthy questionnaires, no month-long silence while your project sits in a queue. Just fast, focused, brilliant work.
The Website Sprint includes a complete, launch-ready WordPress website. Here’s exactly what you get:
What’s not included: copywriting, photography, domain registration, hosting, or email setup. These need to be in place before your sprint begins. Need hosting? Ask about adding a hosting plan. Need email? Ask about email hosting.
The sprint only works because the structure is clear. Here’s exactly what happens:
You complete the Sprint Prep Pack: a structured guide to gathering your copy, images, and brand assets. Everything must be submitted the evening before day one. No content = no sprint start.
We spend 45 minutes on a video call. I walk you through the site plan, confirm the page structure, agree on the visual direction, and answer any last questions. Then I go away and build.
This is my focused build week. You will hear very little from me - that's intentional. I'm working. You'll get a mid-week check-in message to confirm everything is on track.
I share a private preview link. You review the site and send me your consolidated feedback in one document. This is your one round of revisions.
I work through your feedback, fine-tune the design, check every link and form, test on mobile, and make sure everything is exactly right.
We connect the domain, go live, and celebrate. You receive your handover document, training video, and the keys to your brand new website.
Content deadline is non-negotiable. If your content isn’t submitted the evening before day one, your sprint slot moves to the next available date. Slots are limited – I run one sprint depending on other calendar factors.
For businesses who have everything ready and need to move fast
Payment Note: Full payment is required upfront to reserve your sprint slot. This is what keeps the timeline tight – once your slot is booked and paid, I block it in my calendar and your project gets my undivided focus.
This package only runs when I have a dedicated slot available. Content delays push the sprint into a standard timeline slot.
You need: all page copy (written and proofread), all photography or images (sized and named), your logo files (PNG on transparent background + SVG if available), your brand colours (hex codes), your chosen fonts (licensed if paid font files), and your domain login details. I’ll send you a detailed Sprint Prep Pack when you book so nothing gets missed.
The sprint requires existing branding. If you need a logo and brand identity designed first, book my Brand Foundation package – once that’s done, your Website Sprint slot is waiting. The two work beautifully together.
Copywriting isn’t included in the sprint. The tight timeline only works when your copy arrives ready to place. If you need help with copy, I can refer you to trusted copywriters, or we can discuss a pre-sprint copywriting add-on.
The sprint includes one round of consolidated revisions. You review the site, compile all your feedback into a single document, and I work through everything in days 8–9. The key word is consolidated – one list, not ongoing back-and-forth. In 15+ years, I’ve yet to have a client who didn’t love their site by launch day.
If your Sprint Prep Pack isn’t submitted the evening before day one, your slot moves to my next available sprint date. Sprint slots are limited so I can’t hold dates without content in place. If your content isn’t ready for the rescheduled date, you forfeit the slot and a new booking is required.
Yes – additional pages are £120 each. Let me know when you enquire so we can confirm the scope and adjust the timeline if needed. Complex or heavily interactive pages may push into a full project scope.
Hosting isn’t included in the sprint price but I can set up hosting for you as an add-on. Alternatively, if you already have hosting, I’ll work with what you have. You’ll need hosting in place before launch day.
Yes. The sprint produces the same custom WordPress + Elementor build, the same SEO setup, the same quality. The difference is in scope (up to 5 pages vs up to 10) and in the process structure, the timeline only works because the scope is contained and the content arrives ready.
