What next?

If you aren’t already a current client with a client portal set up with me, I will be setting this up for you. Once this important step is done, I will be emailing you details of how to access your portal and a video of where to find everything within it.

In your portal there is a ‘request ticket’ area where you can contact me to tell me what your next project task requirements are and from there we work out what is needed before the task can be worked on, when this can be done and any other details can be uploaded.

Didn’t receive the email?

It may take a few days for me to set up all the details on my system (and this won’t happen on a weekend), but please ensure you check your spam or junk folders just in case. If it doesn’t arrive for some reason, please reach out to me at hello@katefordydesigns.com.
