Pelvic Floor Reconnect

Gemma of Generation Move wanted to relaunch her revamped Pelvic Floor Reconnect 12 week online course. Generation Move is a platform delivering safe movement programs for mums to be, new mums and mums 30 years in. A place where nutrition, environment and nature are taken into account to make happier and healthier mums for happier healthier babies.

Gemma already had her original course ‘Whole Body Connect’ set up as a membership on her existing website but wanted to change the way clients would work through the course and make it easier for them to access ALL the information that is held within it. Having run the course a couple of times, she also wanted change the way the course would be presented to her clients, to simplify the process and allow them to easily swap between all the different modules and information downloads.

So, we remodelled the membership area and made the overall look and feel inside the course a little softer and more feminine. We needed to keep the brightness of the main logo to tie in with Gemma’s current branding, which she loves, but within the course it switches to more subdued tones, so that hopefully the focus will all be on the course content.

Gemma’s course is very video heavy with plenty of concise instructional PDF’s and the covers are all tied in with the new more delicate theme.

Requirement:

  • Find the best solution to work alongside the current membership and website layout to provide a course that was easy to navigate, that clients and Gemma herself would be able to track client progress, create incentives for completion and feedback.
  • Make the course more subdued and feminine with the addition of a more muted palette, and make an associated course logo and images for within the course.
  • Create Canva image templates for use on the course and for social media.

Solution: I created a simple logo for the new course that could be used with the bright branding colours of Generation Move, with the signature globe part of the logo, and also a selected a colour palette that would work alongside the existing branding, using the more pastel versions of the current selection, and utilised these colours wit the placement of an orchid throughout the course. Gemma loves orchids and they are known within the pelvic function world to be symbolic of vulvas and vaginas. I made a set of social media templates which Gemma can edit in Canva, to include PDF covers, challenge countdown and course cart open countdowns.

Result: Gemma now has her 12 week online course up and running and launched. It can either be launched on a regular basis or people can purchase and work through it in their own time, depending on how Gemma prefers to run it in the future.
