Kirsty Ellis is a highly experienced massage therapist and health and wellness coach based in Barnsley, supporting both men and women through a combination of clinical therapies, fitness, and holistic wellbeing practices.
Our working relationship began over 12 years ago when we met during my time as a fitness trainer. Over the years, I’ve supported Kirsty with digital assets, lead magnets, her original website, and the addition of an online membership during Covid when in-person treatments paused. As Kirsty’s business continued to evolve, it was time for a refreshed website that reflected the breadth of her services while remaining clear and easy for clients to navigate.
Requirement: Kirsty needed a website that could confidently hold the many ways she supports her clients without feeling overwhelming or disjointed.
Key priorities included:
Ultimately, Kirsty wanted a website that felt organised, professional, and supportive — mirroring the experience clients receive when working with her.
Solution: I redesigned the site structure to create clearly defined pathways for each service area, allowing visitors to quickly find the support that fits their needs.
The design approach focused on balance, combining calm, approachable visuals with a grounded, professional feel that reflects Kirsty’s clinical expertise and sports therapy background.
Key elements included:
The result is a website that supports both clarity for visitors and flexibility for Kirsty as her services continue to grow.
Result: Kirsty now has a cohesive online home that reflects her experience, professionalism, and breadth of expertise without overwhelming potential clients. Visitors can easily understand how to work with her, book appointments quickly, and explore additional support through her blog and membership.
Behind the scenes, the site provides a scalable foundation for future growth, allowing Kirsty to expand her shop, evolve her services, and continue supporting clients in multiple ways, all from one organised, easy-to-manage platform.
