Toni has a wonderful beauty salon set in amazing scenery in Turvey, Bedfordsire where she does all kinds of wondrous things to skin, body, nails and feet, and if I lived nearby I’d definitely be heading there! (And if you look at her pics on Instagram and Facebook you will see that her neighbours are deer, which is wonderful too).
Requirement: Toni wanted branding similar to her former identity, on a dandelion theme. She needed a website that will grow and change as her products and services change, and a system for booking treatments with her and take payments for these online. Toni wanted a set of social media templates and images to add a matching look throughout all, alongside the licensed images of the products and treatments that she provides.
Solution: I first worked with Toni to create a logo, and we bonded over dandelions and all things pets/lockdowns etc. We selected suitable fonts and colour pallette that suits her surroundings and beauty treatments. Toni had previously had a website set up elsewhere, but wanted a fresh start and look, so that’s exactly what we did. It was important that the overall feel was calming and serene and that more and more information can be added about treatments over time. It was imperative that because of Covid changes, that Toni’s clients could complete all forms electronically prior to their treatments, so all of her various treatment forms are now readily available directly from her site.
Result: Toni now has a website that can change and grow as her business does, and has full ecommerce capacity ready for when needed. She now has her booking and payment system integrated so that clients can log in and edit their treatments should they need to without having to contact Toni and all forms can be sent prior to treatments to increase efficiency.
